@abysses

why am i genuinely shocked someone actually finally faced justice? couldn’t have happened to a better person either. 💀

@LackofPants

The number one mistake Sam made was committing crimes against rich people. The justice system moves fast when the rich are wronged.

HA HA HAA. Dude tried so hard to spin everything, and jury hit him with the same day verdict. Like, damn. Sam spent all that money to sway public opinion and all it bought him was a few hours of deliberation.

All these scammers getting caught feels so amazing! Now, if only we can get a conclusion to the Logan Paul fiasco

These drawings and subsequent memes of him throughout the trial have been so funny, just like that book that came out. He really had a fictional character built up around him.

Did you see the Bloomberg puff piece on Bankman-Fried? Might as well have been written by a sorrowful Michael Lewis. Thank you, Coffeezilla!

Watching those con artists being brought to justice is as entertaining as watching Alex Jones' trials

SBF's problem was that he was just so damned guilty that he had less than nothing to work with when it came to his defense. It's a sign of his sociopathic arrogance that he even pled not guilty at all. His defense, something between "It's everyone else's fault" and "The company lawyers said it was okay" was an act of sheer desperation even before he put the final nails in his own coffin by testifying. He even had the chance to bow out of testifying after his disastrous "dry run" last Friday, but I guess he couldn't help himself. Even members of the jury couldn't hide their amusement as the prosecutors destroyed him on cross examination.

I was just rewatching your interview with him when he admitted to fraud when I got the news notification. Looks like your “monopolizing” of the conversations paid off!
