Jack Light is a British solo-independent artist who has been rapping since the age of 12. He made a splash in the UK hip-hop scene when his first track was played by Mary Anne Hobbs on Radio 1, leading NME to declare him "the future of UK Hip Hop." In 2011, his first official video "The Arrival" was released on Channel AKA, followed by tracks like "Underground," which featured MC Spyda from the massive track "Tarantula" by Pendulum. Jack has performed at iconic UK venues such as Indigo 02, 02 Islington, Ministry of Sound, The Garage and supported ‘Alabama 3’ at The Kentish Town Forum. He has been championed by American rap star Asher Roth and has had DJ support from EDM stars like Marshmello, Don Diablo, and Kayzo. His track "GTA" has surpassed 2.5 million streams on Spotify and is continuing to flourish in the EDM scene.
