Rick I would absolutely love for you to do a stream or a long form video on Steely Dan. There are SO MANY outstanding musicians who have played on those records. You've got Skunk & Diaz on the first two , Mike MacDonald on multiple songs. Bernard Purdie doing the Purdie shuffle on 2 or 3 songs. Steve Gadd's God Like drumming on AJA. So many amazing rock & jazz musicians I can't even count. And of course Fagan & Becker. Their story is really great as well. They stop touring in 74 after the second album. Break up in 83 I believe. Get back together and record their first album in 15 years Two Against Nature which wins album of the year. Then the group that hated touring does a tour almost every year for the next 20 and guys like me who never imagined they'd get to see their all time favorite band live get to see them a dozen times and the shows are amazing with some of the best players out there like Herrington & Carrlock. Think about it

Ask George Benson who is the greatest living jazz musician. The answer is Australian artist James Morrison. He can play at least 10 instruments exceptionally well. He is a phenomenal. Trumpet đș is his best instrument đș. But piano is also unbelievable. He plays sax đ· or trumpet while playing the piano You have to check him out. If you like jazz he is the master I assure you. Rick, all that matters at this point with channel is to get an interview with the master, the musical genius above all others since McCartney, yes you know who Iâm talking aboutâŠ.your musical idol and everyoneâs on your channelâŠDONALD FAGEN! Come on man, you have to get this interview before he dies. I cannot imagine anything that would ever top a two hour interview digging into the genius mind of FAGEN.
