No one's talking about Haas' gamble on the full wets at the beginning!?! It was brilliant, even if it didn't work out. No one would have guessed there wouldn't be a safety car within the first 10-15 laps, and Haas was flying up the grid

Haas on full wets, Alex threading, spins by many, Max having to actually working for a change to win, Ferraris not figuring it out, MB AMG found the sweet spot, McLaren tire strategy to stay out one more lap, all great events. Sorry if I missed out on some, it was action pack.

I was already prepared with the "I fear no man" meme featuring full wet tyres and fia, but so glad they didn't do a rolling start or throw a red flag in panic and just let the guys drive. Best race for ages. Now to install sprinklers on a few tracks to simulate wet conditions every now and then and we'll have more great races like this.

Wasn't going to watch the race as most people could predict the result but when I heard on the radio "it's raining in Canada" everything stopped to watch the unpredictable and it delivered on so many levels

I think this race has been the most exciting of the season along with Melbourne... Sounds unrealistic but, this is what we want to see every race: overtakes, strategies, chaos, (rain) = FORMULA 1
