Hi Mel & Linda! SCOTUS just ruled in favor of Starbucks vs NLRB. Now employees that are terminated due to trying to unionize do not have to be reinstated. 1) Will this ruling ever be overturned? 2) Will unions weaken over the next 10 to 20 years or grow stronger?
