NO MORE BETTER HELP!!!! As someone who has been frustratingly trying to find a genuinely good and well educated therapist for the past 2 years, it pisses me off to see companies like better help still able to make a profit off people’s mental health. The medication that is offered is a trap and so is 99% of the therapists. YOU CANNOT PREACH HOW YOU CARE FOR MENTAL HEALTH AND THEN USE A SPONSOR SUCH AS BETTER HELP!!! Or maybe that’s what yous really mean by “seek discomfort”??

After a traumatic car wreck involving the death of my mother and sister, the only good therapy I’ve found has been on better help. I live 20 minutes from the nearest small town and probably 45 from a therapist, it’s accessible to more people than ever. Ultimately take any sponsors you want, this is your job. Here for content, I skip ads anyway.
