I'd ask them who they're into cuz lowkey I'd feel bad if i just started telling them to read my faves without considering what they want

Hawkeye. The run from 2012-2015 I believe. It's such a good beginning to comic books as a whole, the story is easy to understand, the characters are masterfuly written, and the humor is great.

Spiderman would be the best jumping off point because in terms of superheros he's one of the most recognizable. Plus as a character he is probably one of the most relatable.

Matt Fraction/Salvador Larroca's Iron Man run (2008-2012): Has a great self contained story with unbelievable great character arcs for both Tony & Mandarin, & has well crafted conections with the wide Marvel Universe without feeling conveluted❤💛

Peter David’s first run on The Incredible Hulk is where I got hooked. Todd McFarland’s art was so different at the time and the stories were phenomenal. I started branching out in different directions, X-Men, Wolverine, She-Hulk, Avengers, Captain America and Doctor Strange.

Honestly, the Krakoan era. There are so many books at the beginning that SOMETHING will catch their eye. High fantasy and political turmoil? Excalibur. Foul mouthed pirates and freedom fighters? Marauders. Espionage and murder? X-Force. Darkness and redemption? Hellions. High Cosmic stuff? S.W.O.R.D. and X-Men Red. It's what got me back into comics and it can hook so many people

Depends on their favorite character. Beauty of Marvel comics is there's practically unlimited interesting stories featuring whichever favorite characters you love.
