I think what you're trying to describe is, or comes from, introspection. Maybe I'm wrong. Regardless I don't think you're crazy I think you just don't know how to express what you're feeling. And you seem to realize that, I think you said as much. But you really want others to know and I think that's really cool of you. I know what you are talking about, I've experienced it in the most sicko mode (this peaked exponentially during quarantine). I was constantly telling myself there is so much noise around me, from shelves making noise, to my neighbour yelling every noon (this is actually annoying). I also had headaches 24/7. I realised this noise was mine all along, like from the inside. I did some other stuff by realising that info (stuff that actually helped me) but it's really cringe so đ.. But, tbh you really really sound like me when I smoked the best cig I ever had xD. (Only with way less associative thinking)

Anyone know what going of with the channel??? I'm was going throw my subs and cleaning house. I noticed this channel hasn't posted in a year or 9 month for this video. Hope your good bro. We all have trouble, you feel alone but you know your not alone. You should be happy but your not. These are thought that go through my head and I said meh and tell myself one more good day. I've notice spending time and money on love ones has help a lot so far. It's doesn't hurt that I also like what I'm doing for work. Money makes this simpler but not easier, if that makes sense.
