📌See below for the event winners

Winners are asked to check the information below and submit the following form to identify the personal info. The event management team will go over the submitted form and contact the winners individually for further information.

📆Submit the Google form by: Tuesday, December 5, 2023 (KST)
※ The prize will be cancelled and cannot be collected if the winner does not hand in the form by the specified date or submits incorrect information.

In addition, winners are asked to check the following:

(Your participation in the event is considered to be made after confirming the following items)

1. If we can't confirm that you're subscribed to VisitSeoul TV's YouTube channel, your prize may be canceled. You must maintain your subscription status and keep your participation comment until you receive your prize.
2. If you win a prize, we'll need your consent to use personal information such as your name, address, etc.
3. If winners do not respond within a set period after being notified of their win, their prizes may be canceled due to non-response.
4. If one person wins multiple times, the winner will only be recognized once and only receive one prize.
5. Winners are responsible for any problems caused by incorrect personal information.
6. Prizes will be given as online gift vouchers, such as Amazon Gift Card etc., equivalent in value based on the Korean currency price of each prize. However, physical delivery is required for SEOUL GIFT BOX prize as it cannot be purchased outside Seoul or internationally.
7. The fees and exchange rate losses incurred when purchasing online gift vouchers equivalent in value based on the Korean currency price of each prize are included in the purchase amount of each prize. The actual amount of online gift vouchers could differ from country-specific retail prices.
8. In case there is an issue with customs clearance or delivery issues with SEOUL GIFT BOX prize per country basis, it can be substituted with other online gift vouchers equivalent in value.
9. When receiving a prize exceeding KRW 50,000, a 22% tax (taxes and public utilities’ charge) will be imposed and winners must deposit tax under their name within a set period. If not deposited within the time limit, winning could get canceled.
10. Winners are responsible for any problems caused by not fully understanding these conditions.
